Dr. Oscar Ramos - Dr. Ramos has been practicing in the Memphis area since 1988. As an optometric physician, he is specially qualified to diagnose, manage, and treat eye and vision disorders: "Knowing that every patient is unique with different concerns, every case requires individualized attention and providing the appropriate care in a timely and effective manner is what makes practicing optometry so rewarding for me."
Dr. Rebecca Bills - Dr. Bills is a native of Wichita, KS, and is a graduate of Wichita State University. She received her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern College of Optometry in 2007. She pursued an additional year of training in ocular disease as a resident at Southern Eye Associates until 2008. Thereafter, she has practiced in primary eye care in the Memphis area. Dr. Bills' family includes her husband, Wayne, her daughter, Olivia, and a dog, Jack. She enjoys crafting, including scrapbooking and crocheting, and volunteering at her daughter's school.
